5 affirmations to start your day with confidence and ease

The mind is a powerful thing, and our thoughts determine our beliefs, experiences and emotions. It can be easy to get into a negative headspace and let the downward spiral of thoughts take over, but fortunately, when you shift your thoughts to positive ones- even if it has to at first be forced- your entire wold can shift and amazing things can blossom.

One simple, yet super effective way to shift your mindset and get into a positive frame of mind is by starting your morning with an affirmation that boosts your confidence, happiness, and ease, and use it throughout the day to keep your spirits and energy high. There are a ton of affirmations out there, but Iā€™m sharing a few below that I think do the trick.

Once you choose an affirmation, put it somewhere where you will see it and remember it. I love adding it in my calendar as a reminder every morning and throughout the day. The more you see it and repeat it, the more you will really start to feel it and see a shift in your mindset, attitude and how your day unfolds.
