One-On-One Nutrition Coaching
What to expect…
Holistic Nutrition Coaching focuses on assessing your food, fitness, hormones, health history, digestion, sleep, stress and overall habits and making simple and sustainable changes with support, guidance and an individualized plan.
You will start with a 60-75 minute Initial Assessment to get clear on your goals, identify challenges and roadblocks you experience, discuss your weight and health history, review in detail what your day-to-day looks like and the hardest parts of your day when it comes to food, and begin to build a simple and sustainable plan that works best for YOU.
With Melissa’s support, guidance and expertise, you will focus on making small, subtle and sustainable changes to your food and lifestyle in order to build and create new habits, which lead to REAL change and a healthier version of you!
