Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Health Coach + Registered Yoga Teacher

Hi, I'm Melissa!

I'm a Holistic Nutritionist, Health Coach, and Registered Yoga Teacher who is passionate about helping women feel confident, energized, and at home in their bodies. I'm a wife, mom to my energetic 7-year-old son, Jagger, and dog mom to Oliver. I live in the Philadelphia area with my husband and boys, and I understand firsthand the challenges of balancing health goals with the demands of a busy life.

My path to nutrition wasn't a straight line.

Like many women, I've experienced feeling uncomfortable in my body. I've struggled with food obsession, restrictive eating, and the frustration of trying to manage my weight while searching for a healthy balance that didn't feel so extreme. I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed by conflicting health advice and wonder if there's a better way.

As I worked toward creating a healthier relationship with food, movement, and my body, I discovered a passion for nutrition and wellness that completely changed the direction of my life.

In 2012, I became a Certified Holistic Health Coach and soon after completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training through Dhyana Yoga in Philadelphia. Wanting to deepen my knowledge and better support my clients, I earned my Master of Science in Applied Nutrition from Northeastern University.

Today, I combine evidence-based nutrition guidance with a holistic approach to wellness, to help women create sustainable habits that fit their real lives. I specialize in women's health, weight management, hormone balance, and behavior change, without the restriction or extreme diets.

Through one-on-one coaching and group programs, I've helped hundreds of women improve their relationship with food, increase their energy, lose weight sustainably, and feel more confident in their bodies.

As a working mom, I know how difficult it can be to prioritize your health when you're juggling work, family responsibilities, and everything else life throws your way. That's why my approach is practical, personalized, and realistic.

No restrictive diets.
No perfection.
No starting over every Monday.

Instead, we'll focus on simple, sustainable changes that work for your lifestyle.

Maybe you're relying on takeout more than you'd like because meal planning feels overwhelming. Maybe you're skipping meals all day only to find yourself ravenous at night. Maybe you're struggling with PCOS, perimenopause, or stubborn weight that won't budge despite doing all the "right" things.

Wherever you are in your journey, I'll meet you there.

Together, we'll create a personalized plan that helps you feel healthier, stronger, more energized, and more confident—without turning your life upside down.
