Welcome to the Women’s Weight Loss Method
This is an 8 week, women’s only group weight loss program that is completely virtual and is geared towards women between the ages of 30-50.
It is set up to educate, guide and support you with a simple and attainable plan that will help you create better habits, start new routines, and lose unwanted weight in a sustainable manner.
This group is for you if:
You want to STOP dieting and trying all different wellness trends and want sustainable weight loss without restriction.
You crave more energy, focus, and confidence
You want to learn how to balance your hormones that support mood, metabolism, weight and sleep.
A simple, doable plan that fits into their busy schedule
WHAT TO EXPECT:
The group is capped at 6 women to keep it intimate and personalized.
Weekly Group Call: there will be one zoom call each week covering a different topic. There will also be a q & a section at the end! These will be recorded for any session you cannot make.
Two 20 minute one-on-one calls with me, one at the start of the program, and one at the end. This gives us a chance to touch base so I can provide more individualized support.
