Welcome to the Women’s Weight Loss Method

This is an 8 week, women’s only group weight loss program that is completely virtual and is geared towards women between the ages of 30-55.

During these 8 weeks you will gain effective tools, learn the best approach to weight and fat loss, incorporate simple, healthy recommendations, and create new habits and routines that will help you lose unwanted weight in a sustainable manner with guidance and support.

If you like having the support of other women who are looking to make similar changes to their food choices, daily habits and approach to weight loss.

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Small Group Approach: The group is capped at 6 women to keep it intimate and more personalized.

  • Weekly Group Call: there will be one zoom call each week covering a different topic, all of which are key to managing your weight and getting you feeling good. The last part of the group call will be an open q & a so that your concerns and questions are addressed! These will be recorded for any session you cannot make.

  • One-on-one calls: Two 20 minute one-on-one calls with me, one at the start of the program and one at the end. This gives us a chance to touch base so I can provide more individualized support.

Week 1: Foundations and Mindset Reset

Set the tone, get committed and learn some foundational tools and information to get you started, excited and confident about what’s to come!

Week 2: Gut Health and Cravings

Understand the role of your gut in weight management, learn what a healthy gut is, discover the link between your gut health and your cravings, bloating, & mood swings, and gain powerful tools and routines to help support a balanced gut.

Week 3: Balancing Blood Sugar

Learn about blood sugar regulation, how your blood sugar levels and insulin impact your weight, and how to manage your blood sugar to support weight and fat loss.

Week 4: The Key Hormones for Weight Loss

Learn about the hormones that impact our metabolism, hunger and weight and how to optimize them to lose unwanted weight, along with how to eat for hormonal health.

Week 5: Movement for Metabolism and Mood Boosts

Identify workouts that work, learn the best way to workout for your hormones and weight loss and start a routine that works for you.

Week 6: Enhancing Your Sleep & Reducing Stress

Learn how stress and sleep affect your weight and sabotage fat loss along with even routines to help you wind down.

Week 7: Prepping & Planning

Remove decision fatigue, create meal planning systems and gain tips and shortcuts to meal and snack prepping.

Week 8: Wrap up and what’s next

Theme: Keep it off for life. Focusing on long-term success > short-term dieting. Creating a secure plan that you will continue with beyond the program.

The Important Details:

  • The Women’s Weight Loss Method runs from Wednesday, October 8th- Wednesday, December 10th (no session on Wednesday, November 26th).

  • The weekly group calls will be every Wednesday at 12:15pm, and each call will be recorded.

  • The cost of the 8-week program is $370 (or 2 payments of $185)/ Early bird special: $299 until 9/24.

  • You will receive a weekly zoom link for each group session, and have access to a group chat, so you can interact and support each other.
