Holistic Nutrition Counseling focuses on assessing your food, fitness, hormones, health history, digestion, sleep, stress and overall habits and making simple and sustainable changes with support, guidance and an individualized plan.
You will start with a 60-minute Initial Assessment to get clear on your goals, identify challenges and roadblocks you experience, and create a simple and sustainable plan that works best for YOU.
Together you will focus on making small, subtle and sustainable changes to your food and lifestyle in order to build and create new habits, which lead to REAL change and a healthier version of you!
