A Simple Tip to Improve Digestion & Reduce Bloating

  • Stone fruits: peaches, plums, apricots, nectarines (cherries again)

  • Tomatoes

  • Watermelon

  • Beets

  • Peppers

  • Grapes

  • Cucumber

You can eat these fruits and veggies raw, mix them up in a salad or rice bowl, cook them on the grill, season them with herbs, oils and dressings and munch on them as a snack with your favorite dip or cheese.
