The 3 month plan starts with an Initial Assessment and contains 8 follow-up sessions (all held via phone or zoom). During the 75 minute assessment, you will get clear on your goals, identify challenges and roadblocks you experience in your diet and day, discuss your weight and health history, review your routines and habits, and pick out where you need some extra focus and attention.
With the support and guidance of Melissa, you will begin to build a simple and sustainable plan that is effective and works best for you.
The follow-up sessions are 30-45 minutes long. During the first month sessions will be held weekly (via phone), and the remaining 5 sessions will be held every 2-3 weeks.
